About Heather Davidson, PA

Heather is a certified Physician Assistant with a deep commitment to compassionate, whole-person care. She earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Oregon Health & Science University in Portland in 2007 and most recently practiced at Providence Medical Group in primary care.

Originally from Helena, Montana, Heather began her healthcare journey as a veterinary technician, where her love for animals inspired an enduring passion for medicine. While she initially planned to pursue veterinary medicine, her experience working in a hospital laboratory shifted her focus to human health. That turning point led her to family medicine— a field she values for its unique opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients across every stage of life, from newborns to older adults.

Heather brings a thoughtful, empathetic approach to her practice, with a strong focus on wellness, preventive care, and women’s health. She is known for listening carefully to her patients and helping them understand their health conditions, empowering them to take an active role in their care. “I love to figure out the problem and then make it better,” she says. “It’s not always possible, but it makes my day when I can fix something that is broken.”

Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her children, biking, hiking, knitting, and exploring new places through travel.
